Seen for the first time this past weekend at San Diego Comic-Con was the trailer for The Fifth Beatle, a graphic novel about the life of Brian Epstein available from Dark Horse imprint, M Press Books, November 19.
The story, written by Vivek J. Tiwary with fully-painted art by Andrew C. Robinson, chronicles the life of Beatles manager Brian Epstein, who was called ‘The Fifth Beatle’ for his unwavering belief in the band when no one would sign them, and for being a big influence in the band’s persona.
A movie version of The Fifth Beatle is in development, with Tiwary involved as producer.
